Sunshine Troupe Inc. in the news 

  • We gave it our best shot this year following an invitation to perform at the Special Olympics in LA. We had tremendous support from our local community and media. Thank you to ABC Radio 90.3 for airing our story and featuring some amazing images!  You can read about us by clicking here.  We didn't make our target this year with only 30 days given to fundraise, however we were grateful for the support and enjoyed our first experience engaging with the Australian  inspite of a great campaign we ran on the ACF site.
  • Thank you to the Sunshine Coast Daily for covering our Halloween event held at the University of the Sunshine Coast's Innovation Centre.  Our own Dame, Graham Eastwood and University Intern, Rebecca Dostal who played Led Platypus are featured below.


Sunshine Troupe Inc. received funding for “Sunshine Coast Community Inclusive Theatre Restaurant”, a project designed to develop the creative skills of performers with a disability.
“The recipients are a diverse selection of really inspiring and dedicated artists and organisations who contribute greatly to the culture of our region,” Cr McKay said.
