The Artistic Team

Tayla Hollis
Choreographer
Tayla has been a vital part of our team for the last six years. With over eight years of experience in dance teaching and choreography, Tayla is a lifelong dancer. She holds qualifications in dance teaching and management and has worked across a wide range of commercial styles, including jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, and ballet. Tayla has also coached and performed in cheerleading, representing Australia at the All-Star and ICU World Championships.
Tayla thrives in the collaborative environment of our group, valuing the strong friendships and diverse skill sets that each member of the troupe brings. She finds joy in helping dancers grow in both independence and teamwork. One of Tayla’s favorite aspects of her role is building relationships with community organizations, including our partnerships with Sylph Circus and the Sunshine Coast Lightning netball team. Tayla’s dedication to fostering a supportive, creative environment continues to inspire everyone she works with.

Effie has been connected to the Sunshine Troupe from the very start, from being a great supporter at their performances to helping behind the scenes over the years when needed.
In 2023 Effie moved to the Sunshine Coast and became an official member of the Sunshine Troupe.
